At Snuggle Buds, we believe receiving your little one's essentials should be simple, reliable, and stress-free. Here's everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns.
Shipping Information
FREE Standard Shipping on Orders Over $59!
We offer the following shipping options within the contiguous United States:
- FREE Standard Shipping: Orders over $59
- Standard Shipping: $9.50 flat rate | Estimated 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping: $21.50 flat rate | Estimated 1–2 business days
Shipping options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.
Order Processing & Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
We ship using trusted carriers, including UPS and USPS.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Holiday 2026 Shipping Deadlines
Shopping for the holidays? We recommend placing your order early to give your gifts the best chance of arriving before Christmas!
Recommended Christmas Delivery Order-By Dates:
- December 15, 2026 — Standard Shipping: Last recommended date to place orders using standard shipping.
- December 18, 2026 — Express Shipping: Last recommended date to place orders using express shipping.
Important Holiday Shipping Notice
These dates are recommendations, not guaranteed Christmas delivery deadlines. Delivery depends on order processing times, UPS and USPS carrier schedules, weather, shipping volumes, and other factors outside our control.
While we'll do our best to process and dispatch orders promptly, Snuggle Buds cannot guarantee delivery by December 24 or 25, 2026.
We strongly encourage shopping early during the holiday season.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes.
Returns & Exchanges
Your happiness matters to us! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept eligible returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
