Promotions, Returns & Gift Box Policy

These terms apply to all purchases and promotional events on Snuggle Buds Baby.

9. Curated Gift Boxes — Final Sale

Curated Gift Boxes are FINAL SALE due to their custom packaging and bundled pricing.

If your gift box arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage
  • We will send a replacement box or item at no cost

After 48 hours, replacement requests cannot be honored.

10. Lovey + Gift Box + Gift Card Add-On (Bundle Upgrade)

Our gift-ready upgrade bundle is considered an add-on product.

  • Add-On bundles are final sale once opened
  • If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours
  • Add-On bundles cannot be exchanged for alternate products

11. Multiple Gift Boxes in a Bundle — Extra Shipping Fees

When using our bundle widget, customers may be able to add more than one gift box.

Please note:

Each gift box counts as a separate shipment, and additional shipping fees may apply depending on carrier rates and destination.

These charges will be displayed at checkout.

12. Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale unless damaged:

  • Curated Gift Boxes
  • Gift Box Add-On Bundles
  • Clearance or Last-Chance items
  • Seasonal or Limited-Edition products labeled “Final Sale”

13. Standard Returns (Blankets, PJs, Onesies, Solids)

Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or an incorrect product was sent.

14. Promotion Terms & Conditions

General Promo Rules

  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated
  • Cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases
  • Do not apply to curated gift boxes or final sale items
  • Discounts apply to product subtotal only (excludes shipping/tax)
  • Certain new arrivals or limited editions may be excluded

BFCM, Holiday & Seasonal Sales

During high-traffic sale periods (BFCM, July 4th, Holiday Sale):

  • Prices may change and cannot be adjusted after purchase
  • Sale end dates are firm
  • No price matching for items purchased outside the promo window

15. Giveaway Terms

By entering a Snuggle Buds giveaway, you agree that:

  • No purchase is necessary unless specified
  • Winners must respond within 48–72 hours depending on giveaway rules
  • Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash
  • We may disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, or bot entries
  • Emails collected for giveaways may be used for marketing (opt-out anytime)

16. Influencer, Ambassador & Collab Codes

  • Cannot be combined with sitewide or automatic discounts
  • Exclude curated gift boxes and final sale items
  • Must be used before expiration
  • Limited to one use unless stated otherwise

17. Shipping Policy Summary

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders $35+
  • Standard delivery: 3–6 business days
  • Express shipping available at checkout
  • Snuggle Buds is not responsible for carrier delays
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout are customer responsibility
